We have a 15-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with.
Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. A 20% restocking fee is charged for returns. Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All merchandise returns must be in original unopened packaging, with the label intact and in resalable, original condition and packaging, and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded.
Customer pays all return shipping costs.
